Supply levels still struggle to meet the demand and together with concerns over rising lending rates these factors lead to an increase in sales activity and resulted in higher property sale prices. We saw an increase of 9.4% in prices for detached homes compared to January last year. We currently have 2.98 months of supply and it was 4.05 in December 2021. The new listings in January were 111 (Dec 109) and the number of detached homes sold were 96 (Dec 75).
