We had a late Spring market this year due to Covid-19. The total number of sales in Fort McMurray improved for a second month in a row when compared to 2019. However, our year to date sales are still lower than last year. Our new listings in Fort McMurray continue to fall. That means we are slowly moving towards a balanced market because there is currently not an over supply of listings. Our year to date prices still remain lower than last year with the biggest decline in the Apartment Condominium properties.
